This past week was very s
cary to me. Not because it was Halloween week but because...it was a group presentation week. We prepare ourselves for the big parade (presentation). We put together 2 Power Point presentaton from the 50 Quik and Easy PowerPoint Activities Book yhe week before and... Then, put our costmes (we dress up like teachers, like professional), then it was ShOwTiMe... I never felt so scary and pressured.

I have done lots of class presentations and talks, but when the teacher told us that we HAVE to think and dress up like a real teacher; men oh men I visualized my self in front of a teacher conference showing my own research.
When it was our turn to present, I felt like the kid
(Kevin) in HOME ALONE movie, when he put the after shaving lotion in his face and sCreAmeD like crazy...that it want it to do. AHHHHHHHHHH! Specially the second time around because I did some changes myself like timing the whole two PowerPoint together and when it was time to present the second time I forgot that I have saved those changes and I couldn't find my way around in my professor's computer to change back. Now you got the point, scary uh!

Besides of this scary movie of mine, I have learned that working as a team can an research or in this case, a presentation better. But, not only the presentation looks better but if you messed up, your group comes to the rescue and help the situation and you look better and feel better. At least, that is what happens to me! and I am grateful for that.
Beside of being a sCaRy WeEk, I learned and have fun because after everything was over, including the craziness of being a mother and take care yours children's treats assignments and being at their parade, Halloween presentations, and the Halloween party that I put together for my whole primary children, a bunch of homework and reports (11) that I had to do in turned in two days, and the scary voting line at UVU to cast my vote.....I learned that halloween is a fun time time to learn that everything is going to be OK; no matter what. So BoOoOooOoooOOO!
